Iberá is the wetlands region, one of South America's largest biodiversity reserves. That's where this group took its name.
Already established in Argentina's Litoral region, the growth of our work in hemp, biochar, and regenerative agroindustry began to demand something that can't be solved by buying supplies or outsourcing: skilled people trained specifically for these fields, and a structure of our own to seriously research everything new we were developing. That need gave rise to the group's research and training arm, and that's where the same initials took on a second meaning: Instituto Bioindustrial de Energías Renovables Argentinas (Bioindustrial Institute of Argentine Renewable Energy). Today it's one of our most ambitious projects.
We bring together brands that share a common origin and the same logic: what we learn in the field feeds our research, and what we research goes back into the field.
In practice, that means industrial hemp under our own license, regenerative silvopastoral agroindustry, single-origin honey for export, and an active carbon credits program. All of these lines operate under the same system, with a commercial outlet at every stage.
In Monte Caseros, Corrientes, on the family farm their grandparents first settled and which gave Itacumbú its name, Ñandé Raíces now operates as the group's organic propagation nursery. It propagates native species, ornamentals, pecan, and Mbocayá palms. The same property is home to Portal Guaraní, which gathers and showcases regional products.
The Ñandé Raíces model is designed to grow through new sites adapted to each region of the country: vines, pistachio, olive, and native species in Cuyo; oak for truffle inoculation in Buenos Aires. Today, the original site in Monte Caseros is the only one operating.
Pecan, in particular, is one of the group's biggest development bets: we're propagating our first own orchards in the Litoral, with the goal of adding curation and export of Argentine pecan in the medium term, under the same selection criteria we apply across our other brands.
Turning Argentine biodiversity into world-class products, and into the knowledge that sustains its next stage.
To be Latin America's reference group in regenerative bioindustry.
Every product comes from a real place and a real story.
We produce so that soil, water, and biodiversity improve over time.
Innovation counts when it translates into a better product or a cleaner process.
We choose quality over volume at every link in the chain.
Our core activity. We grow industrial hemp under our own license from ARICCAME (Argentina's regulatory agency for the hemp and medicinal cannabis industry), and run active production trials across several regions of the country. We work both our own production and technical consulting for producers looking to join the chain: variety selection, agronomic management, and the industrial output of fiber and biomass, alongside our biochar research line.
Signature foods, fine craftsmanship, and terroir goods: pasture-raised charcuterie, pecan-with-truffle in development, eggs and wines from agroecological producers, yerba mate, and signature knifework. Argentine selection and curation, with the same standard at every step. Full catalog and store at itacumbu.com.

The catalog's core is four multifloral honey lines available at scale: liquid and creamed, each also available certified organic. On top of that, limited monofloral lots, naturally scarce in Argentine beekeeping, for buyers seeking a single-flower origin.

Visit www.bioch.arWe design and install solar-powered underground drip irrigation systems, backed by a network of specialized suppliers. We cover two scales: large-footprint agricultural installations for intensive agroindustry, and custom solar solutions for small producers.
It exists to sustain, through real research and hands-on training, everything Argentine bioindustry needs to grow beyond exporting unprocessed raw material. In our daily work, the field and the lab are the same thing seen from two sides. The country with the continent's most abundant and diverse biomass can also be the country that studies it with the most advanced knowledge there is.
It trains people for that crossing point: research grants on biomass conversion, training in autonomous machinery operation, and region-specific training programs from the Litoral to Patagonia. The horizon is concrete: making possible the shift toward bioinfrastructure and advanced materials, bio-based composites, biochar applied to industrial processes, and new ways of building that replace fossil inputs with regenerative ones.
The Latin American Chamber of Bioinfrastructure and Advanced Materials. IBERA Holdings chairs its board, working with other industry players to set standards for the sector. It isn't an internal division of the holding: it's an independent trade chamber.
Radial-design regenerative grazing, black soldier fly bioconversion, composting with heat recovery, and hydroponic fodder, all integrated into the same silvopastoral system, plus a biochar research line aimed at fixing carbon in the soil. At the Paraje Itacumbú site in Monte Caseros, we use the neotropical otter (Lontra longicaudis) as a bioindicator of ecological success.
The Institute channels grants and technical training in industrial hemp, with regional specializations now expanding: pistachio and wine in Cuyo, oak and truffle in Buenos Aires, following the same territorial growth map as the rest of the group.
A single company organizes the whole portfolio, with an active role in CLABIMA to help structure the sector, and as an aggregator among producers to certify and sell carbon credits.
An initiative currently being established, driven by IBERA Holdings and focused on conservation and regional development in the Litoral. In parallel, we're building ties with universities, science institutions, and funding agencies across the country.
In formationWe prioritize CAPEX efficiency, cash-flow return in agroindustry, and scalability across renewable assets. Beyond operating our own assets, we coordinate producers under a shared standard and act as an aggregator to certify and sell carbon credits at scale.
For volume buyers of biochar or carbon credits looking for a recurring commercial purchase agreement.
Inquire about off-takeFor funds, family offices, and institutional investors evaluating an equity stake. We maintain an NDA-gated data room with detailed technical and financial information.
Request data room accessFor landowners who want to bring their land into the IBERA Holdings model: regenerative grazing, no breeding-stock slaughter, partly financed through carbon credits.
